Catch® Paddles are designed to develop a better feel for the water. Extended side-blade design overexaggerates the "catch phase" of all strokes, making technique imperfections easier to feel. Smaller paddle surface area reduces shoulder stress. Our patent pending Catch® Paddles are designed to be used in conjunction with regular training paddles.
